You can install PIML Mobile on multiple Windows Mobile devices. The installation you select is dependent on the type of device.

Run the PIML Mobile setup kit on each Mobile PC and follow the steps in Install mobile device application. |

Windows Mobile 2003/5.0/6.x |
Use the PIML Device Installer to install required device applications on multiple devices with the same or different operating systems. You can use the PIML Device Installer to install or reinstall the following components:

Note: As long as a mobile device is loaded with the appropriate operating systems (Windows Mobile 6 classic or professional, and so on), the CPU type is unimportant.
Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.x devices
Later versions of the Windows Mobile 6.x devices may have .NET Compact Framework 3.5 installed in ROM instead of .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP2. PIML Mobile will start and may work to some degree, but when PIML Mobile is closed, an exception occurs. You should run PIML Device Installer and install .NET Compact Framework 2.0 SP2 (version 2.0.7045.00).
