Define a condition for tag entry

Use CMDE to add a calculation to a tag or group to determine if it should be due for collection. This equation uses previous values of the current tag or current values of other tags to perform mathematical calculations on them based on a set of supported functions. For more information, see Conditional Manual Data Entry (CMDE).

1. To add a CMDE formula, click the Tag Entry Options tab in the central pane of the Tag Configuration window.

2. Write the formula in the text box below Conditional Specification.

3. Click to verify the formula.
