Hardware requirements for PI Vision application server

On-premises Microsoft SQL Server database requirements

The following requirements are based on the Microsoft SQL Server residing on the AVEVA PI Vision application server. The Microsoft SQL Server database requires approximately 200MB of storage plus 5MB per user (assuming 200 average-sized displays per user).

By default, the database will automatically grow by 200MB each time the current size limit is reached.

You can use the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website to generate a report that lists the number of users who have accessed AVEVA PI Vision within a specific time range.
