Remove usage records

AVEVA PI Vision stores usage information every time PI Vision is used and every time a display is opened. This information doesn't typically take up significant storage space. However, if you have a large number of users and many years of data, you can remove older records to conserve storage space. Removing usage records will impact the following:

Usage information is used for the "Display usage information" and "Users who have accessed PI Vision within a specific time range" reports.

Usage information is used to determine the order of the displays shown on the PI Vision home page.
Remove usage history

On the AVEVA PI Vision administration website, select User Settings in the navigation tree.

Select the Remove Usage Records tab.

Select the end date for the records removal. All records prior to this date will be removed.

Select I understand this operation cannot be undone.

Select Remove Usage History.
