Generate a "Detailed display content information" report

The Detailed display content information report provides a summary of the contents of displays created during a specified time range. This can include information about data items, symbols, display visibility, and display ownership. Follow these steps to generate this report.

1. Browse to the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website.

2. In the menu, select Reports.

3. Under the Detailed display content information section, set the time frame for the report.

4. To display a browser-based version of the report, select View.

5. To generate a .CSV file that you can analyze locally with spreadsheet software, select Export.
