PI Vision Administration website

The AVEVA PI Vision Administration website provides an interface for AVEVA PI Vision administration tasks. The Overview page shows you a snapshot of your current AVEVA PI Vision installation. To access the site, browse to the URL below where webServer is the name of your AVEVA PI Vision web server.

Note: If you are unable to access the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website, refer to Unable to access PI Vision Admin Page on the Customer Support Portal.

Users must be administrators in order to access to the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website. For information on granting users administrator access, see Manage security.

In addition to having access to the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website, users in the PI Vision Admins group can perform restricted tasks in the main AVEVA PI Vision application, such as reassigning individual displays to another user.

If you are using OpenID Connect authentication, or a mix of OpenID Connect and Windows Authentication, you are prompted with a login screen when navigating to the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website. If you log in with OpenID Connect, note that you can not make database changes
