You can delete displays that you no longer need. Displays that you delete using the process outlined below are moved to the Recycle Bin. From the Recycle Bin, a display can optionally be restored or permanently deleted.

You must have the Manage permission on a display to be allowed to delete it.

Note: As an alternative to using the process that is outlined below, you can also delete displays using the Display Utility. If you use the Display Utility, the deleted displays are not sent to the Recycle Bin and they are permanently deleted immediately.

Delete multiple displays at once

  1. From the Home page, navigate to where the displays are located that you want to delete, which could be a folder, your Favorites, the Unorganized area, etc.

  2. To select individual displays to delete, select the check mark Checkmark on those items.

Note: You can also use the Shift key to quickly select a group of consecutive displays. Select the first display, then hold down the Shift key and select the last display in the range.

To delete all of the displays in that location, select the down arrow then Select all.

The selected items appear with a blue check mark Blue checkmark.

  3. Select the Delete selected displays icon at the top of the window.

  4. In the confirmation window, select OK.
