Move displays into other folders

You can reorganize your displays by moving them to different folders.

To be allowed to move a display, you must have the Manage permission for that display. Additionally, you can move displays only from folders for which you have Write access (or from the Unorganized area) to another folder for which you have Write access (or to the Unorganized area).

1. From a folder or the Unorganized area, select displays that you want to move:

   To select individual displays to move, select the check mark on those items.

   Note: You can also use the Shift key to quickly select a group of consecutive displays. Select the first display, then hold down the Shift key and select the last display in the range.

   To move all of the displays in that location to another location, select the down arrow then Select all.

   

   The selected items appear with a blue check mark .

2. Select Move selected displays to open the Move To window.

3. Select the folder that you want to move the display to.

   -OR-

   If you want to move the display(s) to the Unorganized area so that it is not in any folder, select the / at the top of the Move To window, then select Unorganized.

4. Select Move.
