Generate a "Users who have accessed PI Vision within a specific time range" report

The Users who have accessed PI Vision within a specific time range report provides a list of users who opened new or existing AVEVA PI Vision displays during the specified time range. For each user, the report also shows a count of how many distinct days in each month the user accessed displays.

1. Browse to the AVEVA PI Vision Administration website.

2. In the menu, select Reports.

3. Under the Users who have accessed PI Vision within a specific time range section, set the time frame for the report.

4. To display a browser-based version of the report, select View.

5. To generate a .CSV file that you can analyze locally with spreadsheet software, select Export.

6. To generate a .CSV file with additional information about individual user access that you can analyze locally with spreadsheet software, select Details.
