Welcome to CONNECT documentation!

This publication contains comprehensive information about everything related to CONNECT – from administering your account, managing your Flex credits, and managing users to accessing AVEVA’s cloud applications. It does not, however, contain information about individual applications that can be accessed from CONNECT. You must refer to the respective applications’ documentation for information about the individual applications.

This publication is primarily intended for the administrators (customer representatives with the required access privileges) who use CONNECT to manage their organization’s subscriptions.Some parts of the publication are also applicable to end users who use CONNECT to access AVEVA's cloud applications.

This publication assumes that you have access to CONNECT. Further, this publication assumes that the administrators have the knowledge about their organization’s requirements and are familiar with the concept of application subscriptions and application permissions. The users are expected to know how to use AVEVA’s cloud applications that their organization has subscribed to.
