Email alerts for Flex credits

On a daily basis, CONNECT checks your credits agreement to determine if any of the following notification emails need to be sent to the Account Administrator:

Credits agreement notifications

The following email notifications are sent for credits agreements:

• An email is sent when a credits agreement becomes active.

• An email is sent a week before a credits agreement is due to expire.

• An email is sent when a credits agreement has expired.

Credits expiry notification

An email is sent once per month if credits have been completely exhausted.
