Use CONNECT services

AVEVA offers all its cloud services from CONNECT. A service is a CONNECT application available to an AVEVA customer. AVEVA may divide that service up into component applications, such as a user portal, an admin module, or a data loader, all comprising the same service. These individual applications exhibit distinct capabilities, and all services have at least one capability. The capabilities in a service work as an integrated whole and are typically a collection of related applications.
Therefore, when you as a user sign in to CONNECT, you run a specific capability and not the entire service. You can only launch a capability if you have been given permission to do so.
After you are signed into an account, the services you have been given access by your organization are displayed on the account home page. If you are not seeing any service that you think you should have access to, contact your Account Administrator to enable the service for you.
If you are an Account Administrator, you can view the Services Catalog, subscribe to a service, activate a service, and suspend a service for your account.
