Access License Administration

As a Customer License Administrator, you require access to both CONNECT and License Administration.

To view License Administration, a user must be assigned to one of the following groups:

  • LaaSAdminRead

  • LaaSAdminReadWrite

The following table lists the actions that can be performed by users assigned to these groups.

For information on how add users to groups, see Add users to a group.

If you are a user with the required access privileges, the License Administration card is available to you after successful log in to your account.

Select the card to access License Administration. The solution is launched. From the main menu of the solution, the following options can be accessed.

  • Licenses

  • Reports

  • Settings
