Complete the spreadsheet

To complete the import spreadsheet:

  1. Open the spreadsheet.

  2. On the users sheet, add the following details:

    Field

    Description

    Email

    (Required) The full email address of the user, for example, toby.smith@companyabc.com.

    Groups

    (Optional) A comma separated list of group names to which you can add the user. These groups must have already been created in CONNECT before performing the import.

    disableInvitation

    (Optional) If set to true, then federated users will not receive an invitation email.

    delete

    (Optional) If set to "yes" the user will be deleted if all the following criteria are met:

    • The user must exist

    • The Groups column is empty

    • The disableInvitation column is false or empty

      Important: If the value of column is set to anything other than "yes", the user will not be deleted. Further, any value other than "yes" or even leaving the cell empty may create or modify data instead.
