View and download reports

The Reports option on the main menu enables you to view and download reports on usage.
Current usage
The Current Usage tab on the Reports page provides an overview of the AVEVA Products licensed by LaaS.
If you want to download the information to a CSV file, select Download All available at the end of the list. The current usage information of all products and their features is downloaded to a CSV file.
Users
The Users tab lists the CONNECT users who have consumed a license against a feature in the given date range. The User, Host and Display columns show the Windows names that the AVEVA applications pass to LaaS. The following details about the usage are displayed:

CONNECT User (CONNECT Username)

User (Windows Username)
-
Feature (Name of the license feature used)

Host (Machine Name where the application is running)

Display (Machine Name where the user is sitting)

First Checkout Datetime (date/time when the license was first checked out)

Held To (time until the license is held by the user, displayed in local time)
You can change the date range by using the Choose a start date and Choose an end date options. You can also filter the information on this page by user and feature. You can export the filtered information to a CSV file by selecting Download. If all results are not displayed, you can either increase the Return number or set the filters and select Go to refresh the data.
Sessions
The Sessions tab lists the sessions recorded for each user who accessed a feature in the given time range. The following details about the sessions are displayed:

Note: Even if a session ends, the CONNECT user still holds the seat until midnight, as shown by the Held To column on the Users tab.
