Integrate CONNECT services

For services that support integration, you can enable or disable the integrations with other services. When a service is integrated with another service, users can seamlessly transfer data.

You can also enable integration with a specific context in a service, if supported by the source and or/destination service.

To view if your service supports integration and to manage integrations for your service:

  1. On the site navigation menu, select Folder management.

  2. On the Folder management page, select the folder for which you want to integrate services.

  3. On the folder page, locate the service for which you want to manage integrations.

  4. On the service card, select the vertical ellipsis button. If your service supports integrations, the option Manage integrations is available.

    Note: Your service must be active to manage integrations.

  5. Select Manage integrations. The Manage integrations for [service name] dialog box displays the list of available integrations.

  6. Locate the integration you want to enable and select it. Select Next.

  7. If the integration definition supports source and/or destination contexts, the Select context step becomes active. Select the desired source context (if enabled) and destination context, then select Next.

  8. If additional configuration options are available, the Configuration step becomes active. Enter the required information and select Next. Refer to the documentation of the service for more information on the configuration options.

  9. Review all the settings in the Summary step. Select Edit next to a setting to make changes. Select Confirm to confirm the integration.

  10. The Select integration step becomes active, with the message Integration configured successfully appearing on the integration you have enabled, or an error message if an issue is encountered. You can either configure another integration or close the dialog.

    Note: If you want to delete an integration, select Delete Integration, then Confirm in the confirmation step.
