The User Manager account role is now available. The new role allows the following actions:

• Adding and removing a user from the account and groups.

• Adding, editing and removing groups.

• Adding and removing role assignments.

Launching a Service in Error State

You can now launch a service even if the health check reports a Service unhealthy state for the service.

This lets you use a service in case there is an issue with the health check, but the service itself is operational.
