Sign out from CONNECT

Some CONNECT application environments are independent of each other. To switch between application environments, you must sign out before attempting to sign into another application.

Also, when you have completed your session within CONNECT, you must sign out.

To sign out from CONNECT:

1. Select the Profile icon on the top right corner.

2. Select Sign out. You are signed out of CONNECT.

   Signing out from CONNECT signs you out from the applications you have launched from CONNECT.

Session sign out durations

You are automatically signed out of your CONNECT session after a set period of time, depending on whether the session is active or inactive:

• Active sessions must sign in again after seven days.

• Inactive sessions must sign in again after three days.
