Account usage dashboard

The Account usage dashboard page provides a graphical representation of the following information:

Unique users in the account and time period. The data updates based on the selected services.

The total user session duration. The data updates based on the selected services.

The top services by user session duration.

The total duration of user sessions for each day in the selected time period, along with a breakdown of the services used in the sessions.
Note: A tooltip displays additional information about the data elements when pointed to.
Configure the dashboard
The Services Key section enables you to select the services you want to include in the dashboard. To include or remove a service in the dashboard, select or clear the corresponding check box.
The information on the Account usage dashboard can be configured to show the details for a specific folder and a defined time period. To filter by folder, select the required folder from the Folder list. To choose a time period, select an option from the Time period dropdown list. For more information on how to change the time period for reports, see Change time period.
Note: You can exclude AVEVA users from the report by selecting Exclude AVEVA users check box. This check box is only available if the report contains one or more AVEVA users.
