Resource usage report

The Resource usage report displays all instances of resource usages for an account in the selected time period. The report lists the quantity of a resource used for a service and folder on a recorded date.

The following information about the resource usage is displayed:

• Date

• Folder

• Service

• Resource ID

• Quantity

• Additional information

  Select Additional information to open a side sheet with more details about your chosen instance of resource usage. The option is only available when additional information has been provided by a resource.

Note: The service and folder information is not displayed for the transactions recorded before 25-July-2023.

This report can be filtered by Time Period, Service, Folder and Resource ID. By default, the report is filtered on time period with the Current calendar month. You can choose to change the time period based on your requirements. For more information on how to change the time period, see Change time period. For information on how to filter the data, see Filter data. Further, you can also sort this data in ascending or descending order on any of the available columns by selecting the column name.
