Launch a service

Your account home page lists all the services you have access to as a set of cards. Click anywhere on the appropriate card to launch the service you wish to use.

Any user with the appropriate roles assigned can launch a service.

To launch a service:

1. On the account home page, select the card corresponding to the service you want to launch.

   Alternatively, you can also launch a service from within a folder. To do this, you must first change to the corresponding folder, and then select the card for the service. For information on how to change to a certain folder, see Folder management.

   If the service card shows a Service unhealthy message, it means the service health check has found an issue. You are still able to launch a service in this state, in case the issue is with the health check itself, while the service is still operational.

   Note: You may have to perform additional tasks required by the specific service in order to launch it. Refer to the documentation of the service for more information.
