Credits agreements

A Credits Agreement is created for every customer of AVEVA who want to access AVEVA’s software. A credits agreement contains information about the number of credits purchased, the duration of the agreement, the active services for the customer and the rate plan for the services.

CONNECT enables you to view all your credits agreements, including those that are expired or discarded. You can view the credits transactions for your account, monitor and forecast the credits usage, and view the history of changes for your credits agreement.
