Share a service into a community

The owner account needs to share a service to a community.
Important: Using communities involves collaboration across accounts, including the sharing of potentially sensitive data. Ensure that the services and data you share are suitable, and familiarize yourself with this documentation before using the feature.
To share a service to a community:

Click Share Service.

Enter the name of the service in the Name community box.

In the Service drop-down box, select a service which has already been subscribed to in the invited account or which has been enabled for a certain folder in this account.

Select a folder that has been enabled for the service.
The folder is assigned with a service in the owner account.

Review the AVEVA product or Communities-specific service descriptions and select the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions.

Click Share.
The entry for the service is in the community service list in the owner account.
