Some CONNECT accounts are configured to delegate authentication using a corporate directory or identity provider, which enables authentication and authorization to CONNECT applications using the corporate user identity. If your organization has opted for this, you can use single sign-on using the user account from the corporate domain.
If single sign-on is enabled, you only need to provide your email address when signing in to CONNECT.
Note: You may be prompted to sign into your organization’s sign-in page or adhere to other authentication mechanisms used by your organization.
