Note: You must be an Account Administrator or Authorized Officer to manage credits budgets.
A credits budget enables you to plan your credits expenditure and monitor your actual spend against the budget. CONNECT enables you to set a credits budget for a calendar month for your account and for individual products. To alert you about your credits expenditure, an email notification is sent to the specified users first when the expenditure exceeds 80% of the budget and then at 100%. If a budget is set midway during the calendar month, then the budget is not prorated and the entire budget is applicable for the remaining days.
Credits budgets are for planning purposes only and the users' access to the software is not affected in case of a budget overrun.
The Flex credits > Credits budgets page contains the credits budget for your account, if any, and the credits used so far in the current calendar month. The page also lists all the products you have subscribed to, the credits budget for each, if any, and the credits used so far in the current calendar month for each product.
