Subscribe to a service

Note: You must be an Account Administrator to subscribe to a service. Subscribing to a service is a two-step process. After subscribing to a service, you must activate the service in the context of a folder to provision it for your account.

When a service is subscribed to, the service is available for activation, and thereafter, for use by your end users. Activating a service provisions the service and the required resources for your account. Based on the requirements of your organization, you can activate or suspend a service.

To subscribe to a service:

1. Select Services catalog on the site navigation menu.

2. On the Services catalog page, locate the service you want to subscribe to.

3. Select the down arrow for the service to view the Subscribe option.

4. Select Subscribe. You are prompted to select the applicable region for Terms of Service.

5. Select the applicable region. The terms of services are displayed.

6. Read the terms carefully, and if you agree, select I agree. The service is subscribed.
