Integration workflow improvements

The workflow for creating multiple integrations has had a number of quality of life improvements and Account Administrators can more effectively create multiple integrations in succession.

The Service applications page is now only available to accounts with the correct entitlement

Only Account Administrator and Account Administrator (read only) users are able to view the Service applications page if service applications are enabled for that account. For help enabling this page, contact AVEVA Global Customer Support.
