New Resource Charging Mechanism Introduced.

A new, continuous resource charging mechanism which charges a customer based on the highest amount of the resource available to them during a billing period has been introduced. New credit agreements may start using this algorithm for some resources. For more information, see Understand charge types.

CONNECT Complies with AVEVA's Corporate Policies.

In order to be complaint with AVEVA's corporate policies, CONNECT now performs a compliance check for all users. If you are an existing user signing in for the first time after the compliance check is in place, you are prompted to provide additional information about your organization before signing in. If you are a new user, you must provide this information at the time of registering. You can access CONNECT only after your AVEVA user ID is checked for the compliance. Further, if your compliance state changes in the future, your access to CONNECT is modified accordingly.
