Q. My Client secret expiry is about to expire, what do I do?

A. Client secret expiry (Entra ID). In advance of the expiry of the client secret, a new client secret can be provided and updated. Share this securely with AVEVA Technical Support with a request to update.

Q. Why is there a name mismatch for connection code users?

A. When a federated user signs in with a connection code, their first name and last name are not updated if there is a mismatch with Microsoft Entra ID.

Q. Why haven't my users received updated Terms and Conditions?

A. When CONNECT Terms and Conditions are updated, federated users are not prompted to accept the updated Terms and Conditions.
