The Last accessed column records when a user last accessed the service. This column is only visible when the user details are viewed from within a service. The date and time automatically matches the local timezone of your browser and includes the date, hour and minute of last access. If the user has never accessed the service, no value is shown in the column. The Last accessed column will populate from 12 December, 2024 and will become more comprehensive as users access the service.
Note: Be aware that despite a service being used recently the Last accessed datetime may display a value up to seven days old. This is because once a user has logged in to CONNECT, a session may remain active for up to seven days. The last accessed datetime is taken when a service is launched for the first time in a session. For information on the definition of a user session, see CONNECT terminology.
-
The Last signed in column records when a user last signed in to their CONNECT account. The date and time automatically matches the local timezone of your browser and includes the date, hour and minute of last sign in. If the user has never accessed their account, no value is shown in the column. The Last signed in column will populate from 20 November, 2024 and will become more comprehensive as users access their accounts.
Note: The Last signed in value will only update for a user when there is a new sign in. If a user returns to CONNECT within seven days and they are not prompted to sign in, they will not receive an updated value.
