Email alerts for access tokens

CONNECT sends email notifications to your Account Administrator and the creator of the access token in the following circumstances:

  • When the token is due to expire in 28 days

  • When the token has expired

  • When the access is cloned (renewed)

The following information is present in the email notifications:

  • Username of the recipient of the email

  • Account name

  • Access token description/name

  • Username of the creator of the access token

  • Date/time when the access token is due to expire or has expired

    Note: For an access token that is due to expire and has not been cloned, an option to create a new access token is available in the email. Else, an option to view access tokens is available.
