CALM user groups

To access CALM, a user must have joined their organization’s CONNECT account. Also, the user must have been assigned to either the CALM-Read or CALM-ReadWrite user group in CONNECT. For information on how to add users to groups, see Add users to a group.

The following table outlines the functionality available to the users assigned to the CALM user groups.

Note: The Cancel an order functionality is available only against the latest order and if the license file has not been downloaded.

CALM-Admin

If your Connect account does not yet have the CALM-Admin group and you want to use it, then a CONNECT Account Administrator must Add a group and Assign a role to a group from the CONNECT User management pages to give this group the Admin role on the CALM Service. The Account Administrator can then add users to the CALM-Admin group to grant them administration privileges.
