Both Fixed charge and Usage charge can be applied either at an Account level or at a Service level. This is indicated by the Service name displayed in the Credits Agreement.

At Account level – charges levied for access irrespective of the number of folders/instances.

At Service level – separate charges levied for usage per folder/instances in an Account.

Two charges in CONNECT, one displaying at account level and another at the service level.

In the screenshot above, if the service is selected in the Service column, then charge per instance at service level is applied.
