To view your active credits agreement:

  1. From the site navigation menu, select Flex credits > Credits agreements. The Credits agreements page lists all the credits agreements for your account.

  2. Select the ID for the credits agreement for which you want to see detailed information.

Note: The credits agreement for which you see a green tick mark in the Active Default column is your active default credits agreement. An active default credits agreement is the agreement that is currently used.

The Credits agreement page lists the following details each credits agreement:

Field

Description

ID

The reference for the agreement.

View Transactions

Note: A notification email is sent on the day when the credits agreement becomes effective.

End Date

The end date for the agreement.

Note: A notification email is sent when the agreement is due to expire in one month, and then in one week, and on the day when the credits agreement expires.

Status

The status of the agreement. Can be Active, Pending, Expired or Discarded.

Active Default

Indicates the default agreement.

Note: Both the agreement effective date and the agreement end date are inclusive. For example, a Credits agreement starting on 1st Jan 2020 until 1st Jan 2021 will start from 00:00:00 hours (UTC) on 1st Jan 2020 until 23:59:59 hours (UTC) on 1st Jan 2021.

For agreements created after 1st August 2023, the credits agreements' start and end times are calculated according to the Account users' time zone. For example, if your Account users' time zone is set as UTC+3, the agreement becomes active at the 00:00:00 hours of the UTC+3 time zone on the effective date and expires at 23:59:59 of the same time zone on the end date. If your credits agreement's effective date is on the same day as it is created and your Account users' time zone is behind UTC, for example UTC-3, then the credits agreement becomes effective immediately.

A credits agreement contains the following information:

  • Credits Agreement ID: A unique identifier for every credits agreement

  • Status: Status of credits agreement – Whether active, pending, expired, or discarded

  • Initial Credits: Displays the number of credits initially added for On-premise, cloud, and universal software

  • Effective Date: Displays the date from when the credits agreement is effective

  • End Date: Displays the date on which the credits agreement is due to expire

Note: Both the agreement effective date and the agreement end date are inclusive. For example, a credits agreement starting on 1st Jan 2020 until 1st Jan 2021 will start from 00:00:00 hours on 1st Jan 2020 until 23:59:59 hours on 1st Jan 2021.
