Email invitation from CONNECT

After you are added to your organization’s CONNECT account, an email invitation to sign in to CONNECT is sent to your registered email address. The email mentions the account you are added to. Follow the instructions on the email to get started with CONNECT.

The email invitation is not sent in the following circumstances:

  • If you are a federated user and your Account Administrator has specifically mentioned while importing users in bulk that the email invitations must not be sent to users

  • If you are a non-federated user who already has an account registered

  • If you are a user imported from Microsoft Entra ID (SCIM)
