Share a service role into a community

The Communities Administrator in the owner account shares specific roles that are needed by the invited account.

Note: Only share the roles that the invited account needs.

To share a service role into a community:

  1. Click on the vertical ellipsis and select Manage roles.

    This navigates you to Service>Roles page, which will show a list of roles that have been shared.

  2. Click Add roles.

  3. Fill in the form and click Save.

    The role is added to the list.
