Orders

Order Number

Order number of the order. Select to view Order details for the order.

Order Date

The date and time (local time) on which the order (license request) was created.

Order Created by

The role or username of the user who created the order (license request)

Server Name

The name of the server for which the order was created, in case of the AVEVA Licensing System license family. In case of other license families, the name of the license family is displayed.

Server Location No

The location number of the server, in case of AVEVA Licensing System license family. In case of other license families, this column is empty.

Credits

Number of credits consumed for this license request.

License File

The status of the license file. The following statuses are possible:

• Download File: Indicates an active license. Available for the most recent order on each server. Select to download the file.

• License Cancelled: Indicates that the order has been cancelled by a license administrator. See Order details for information on how to cancel an order.

• LaaS License: Indicates a license that has been published automatically to LaaS.

• Draft Order: An order that has not been submitted.

• License generation timed out: The license generation timed out. In such cases, you can cancel the order and try again.

• License generation failed: The license could not be generated.

• Awaiting approval: This is shown with an hourglass icon. A member of the order approval group must approve this order.

• Refused: This is shown with a red hand icon. A member of the order approval group has rejected this order.
