Flex credits are AVEVA’s way of charging customers for using its software. In other words, you need Flex credits to use AVEVA’s software, whether on-premise or on cloud. How it works is simple: You purchase the required number of credits from AVEVA, and then the credits are consumed according to the rate plan of the software you use.

You can purchase credits by contacting your local AVEVA sales representative directly or by sending an email to feedback@AVEVA.com.

Note: You cannot purchase credits using CONNECT.

This video shows you how to view your detailed flex credit information in AVEVA Connect.

Please note, you need the Account  Admin or Account Authorized Officer role in AVEVA Connect to access this information.

To view your Flex Credit information, run AVEVA Connect, select the Flex Credits icon from the main navigation, and then select Overview.

From the Overview section, you can view the general burndown of your flex credit expenditure.

AVEVA deposits Flex Credits into your account at the beginning of your contract.

You can replenish them when necessary.

The Balance section displays your remaining credit budget.

Please note, the balance and other information displayed on this tab is current as of the day before the time period you have selected.

You can apply filters to the chart to display by Balance Burndown, Burndown Forecast, or Service Usage.

Use the Time field to change the time period displayed in the chart.

You can view the Balance Burndown and Service Usage charts for 1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-month time periods or for a custom time period.

You can add or remove data points from the chart by selecting them from the key.

Click the Print Preview button to generate a printer-friendly version of your chart.

Click the Export button to download a CSV of your data for the given time period in UTC.

The table below the credit chart provides an itemized list of all flex credit usage for all of the services in your AVEVA Connect account.
