View transactions for your credits agreement

To view the transactions for a credits agreement:

On the Flex credits > Credits agreement page, select the View transactions link for the credits agreement you want to view the transactions. Depending on the rate plan being applied, the Credits overview: <Credits agreement Id> page displays the detailed listing of the monthly, daily or hourly transactions for each user.
The time period shown on the Credits overview: <Credits agreement Id> page is in UTC and is adjusted for the time zone set on your credits agreement. The same time zone (adjusted UTC) is used when the Print and Export options are used. However, the local time zone of your browser is used when you are selecting a time period for the dashboard or when choosing a custom date range.
The credits transaction table shows the following information:

Username of the individual who used the service. |

Number of units. |

Usage Date |
The date on which the service was used. |

Description |
Description of the transaction. |

Value |
The number of credits redeemed for the service. |

Balance |
The total balance minus the value of the transaction. |
You can select the number of items shown per page and select the navigation arrows to advance/return to a different page.
Note: You can export the transaction details to a CSV file by using the Export option. One CSV file per one calendar month is generated. The name of the file indicates the calendar month.For more information, see Export transactions.
The Credits overview: <Credits agreement Id> page also presents a high-level breakdown of the credits consumption for your account. On this page, you can view the credits balance and credits consumption information, including historical usage, present usage, and future usage predictions.
