User usage session report

The User usage session report lists the users who have logged in and accessed a service at least once in a defined time period.

The report includes:

• The username.

• The folder and folder path from the context of the user that accessed the service.

• The service accessed by the user.

• Start and end time for the user usage session.

• The duration of the user usage session.

• Additional information

  Select Additional information to open a side sheet with more details about your chosen instance of service usage. The option is only available when additional information has been provided by a service.

You can filter this information by user, folder and service. For information on how to filter the data, see Filter data. You can also sort this data in ascending or descending order on any of the available columns by selecting the column name.

The data on this report can be exported to a CSV file. For more information, see Export to CSV.

Note: You can exclude users from the report by selecting Exclude AVEVA users check box. This check box is only available if the report contains one or more users.
