Access CALM

If you are a user with the required access privileges, the CALM2 card is available to you on your account home page. Select the card to access the CALM solution.
Note: The name CALM2 refers to the version 2 of the CALM solution.
On selecting the card, the CALM solution opens with the Orders page. The Orders page displays the list of all orders for your account. You can select an Order Number to view the order details in the Order Details page. For more information about orders and orders details, see Orders.
The main menu of the CALM solution contains the following options:

Enables you to create a new license request. A license request leads to a new CALM order. |

Displays the Contracts page that lists the contracts (also known as credits agreements) created for your account. You can view the products included in the contract and their rate plans. A new license request can also be created from the Contracts page. |

Displays the Orders page that lists the orders created for your account. You can perform the following tasks from this page:

Displays the Prepaid Entitlement page that lists any prepaid entitlement for which you have been invoiced directly. Prepaid Entitlement has fixed duration and does not attract extra charges from your CONNECT credits agreement. |

Displays the Servers page that lists the sites and servers created for your account. You can perform the following tasks from this page:
