All issues related to CONNECT and AVEVA’s cloud applications should be reported through the AVEVA Knowledge & Support Center website https://softwaresupport.aveva.com.

Before reporting an incident, you must register yourself with the AVEVA Knowledge & Support Center. After you register yourself and raise a support incident, AVEVA will endeavor to fix the issue or consider the software improvement suggestion as soon as possible and notify you about the status of the incident.
