Credits Agreements Now Support Account Users' Time Zone.

The newly created credits agreements will now support non UTC time zones. Earlier, the credits agreements would start and end at the midnight of the UTC time zone irrespective of the Account users' time zone. Now, the credits agreements will start and end according to the midnight of the Account users' time zone. For example, if your Account users' time zone is set to UTC+3, the credits agreement becomes active at the midnight of UTC+3 time zone and expires at the midnight of UTC+3 time zone of the given start and end dates.
