To export the credit transactions to a CSV file:

  1. On the Credits overview: <Credits agreement Id> page, make sure you are viewing the credits agreement for which you want to export the transactions.

Note: If you want to export transactions for a different credits agreement, select Flex credits > Credits agreements , and then select View transactions for the corresponding credits agreement.

  2. Select the time period for which you want to export the transactions, and then select Export. A message requesting you to confirm the export is displayed.

Important: Some browsers have a restriction on the number of concurrent downloads. This may result in some files not getting downloaded if the limit is exceeded. We recommend splitting the export into groups of 6 months to ensure all transaction files are downloaded.

The Confirm Export dialog with Confirm and Cancel options.

Note: The message displays the time period of the export in UTC. Note that the exported file(s) display the transactions in UTC adjusted for time zone set in your credits agreement. In effect, the time zone used in the exported files and that displayed on the Credits overview: <Credits agreement Id>page are the same.

  3. Select Confirm to export the transactions. The transactions are exported to a CSV file.

Note: One CSV file per one calendar month is generated. The name of the file indicates the calendar month.
