Time controls

Use the time controls to select a range of data to display in the line chart.

Quick Range

Choose from a variety of preconfigured ranges to plot data.

Custom Range

Use custom range to select a custom start and end time for a range to plot. Enter times or choose them using the Calendar.

Step forward or backward

Select  Step backward or  Step forward  to move the time range of the data displayed in the trend session.

The line chart travels along the x-axis according to the currently selected time range. For example, if the range is the last 8 hours, Step backward shows the previous 8-hour period. If it displays the last 30 days, Step forward shows the next 30-day period.

Zoom in

Select Zoom in to select a subset of the currently displayed time range to zoom in on. Useful for transitioning from broad ranges to smaller ones.
