Download data connection products

You can download certain data connection products directly from CONNECT. Product downloads include:

  • Adapters

  • Agents

  • Edge Data Store

  • EdgeCmd Utility

  • Gateway Data Publisher

After downloading the installation file, you need to install and configure the product.

Download data connection products

  1. In the navigation rail, select Data connections.

  2. Select Go to Downloads page.

  3. Locate the tile for the product you want and select Download.

    Tip: Select More info to review the product documentation.

  4. In the Save As pop-up, navigate to the location to save the installation file and select Save.

  5. Follow the product documentation to install and configure the product.
