Browse and manage visualizations

To browse saved visualizations, select Browse from the navigation rail, then select Visualizations.

Filter, view, and create visualizations

The following actions are available in the page toolbar:

• Filter by name: Enter a name in the Name starts with box to filter the visualizations by that name. Any visualizations that have a name that starts with the entered value are shown.

• Filter by owner: Choose All to see all visualizations available to you, or select Created by me to see only your visualizations.

• Change the view: Select between Card view and List view.

• Create a visualization: Select Create visualization.

Use card view

The following actions are available in card view:

• To open a visualization, select Open.

• Select the menu button. The options available depend on your permissions:

  • Edit

  • Pin to home page

  • Delete

Use list view

The following actions are available in list view:

• To open a visualization, select its name

• To sort by a sortable column, select that column header. Select the column header again to reverse the sort order.

• To open the details pane for a visualization, select its row or checkbox.

• In the details pane, select the menu button. The options available depend on your permissions:

  • Edit

  • Pin to home page

  • Delete

• To delete multiple items, select the checkbox for the items, then select Delete.

  The Delete button is only available if you have permission to delete all selected visualizations.
