Supported datetime and timespan formats

Events support the following datetime and timespan formats.

Datetime

Events use the extended ISO 8601-1:2019 profile format.

• 2024-04-02T20:01:19 – without timezone (interpreted as UTC)

• 2024-04-02T20:01:19Z – with UTC timezone indicator

• 2024-04-02T20:01:19+04:00 – with timezone offset

• 2024-04-02 – date only (interpreted as midnight UTC)

Timespan

Events use the [-][d.]hh:mm:ss[.fffffff] format, where elements in [] brackets are optional.

• 1.02:03:04 – 1 day, 2 hours, 3 minutes, and 4 seconds.

• 01:02:03 – 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 3 seconds.

• 01:02 – 1 hour, 2 minutes, and 0 seconds.

• 00:00:00.100000 – 100 miliseconds
