Flex credits are AVEVA’s way of charging customers for using its software. For more information, see the Understand flex credits section of the CONNECT original experience documentation.

Note: Credit details must be viewed in the CONNECT original experience portal.

View credits in CONNECT

  1. From the navigation rail, select Credits.

  2. Select one of the following options:

    • Overview

    • Credit agreements

    • Credit budgets

  3. Select the option to switch portals, for example Go to Overview original page. The CONNECT original experience portal opens.
