Browse and manage experiences

To browse saved experiences, select Browse from the navigation rail, then select Experiences.

Filter, view, and create experiences

The following actions are available in the page toolbar:

• Filter by name: Enter a name in the Name starts with box to filter the experiences by that name. Any experiences that have a name that starts with the entered value are shown.

• Filter by owner and status: Choose between All, Created by me , Published, and Unpublished to filter experiences..

• Change the view: Select between Card view and List view.

• Create an experience: Select Create experience.

Use card view

The following actions are available in card view:

• Select Launch to launch a published experience.

• Select the menu button to access the following options. The options available depend on your access to the selected experience:

  • Edit experience

  • Pin to home page

  • Unpublish

  • Delete (only available for unpublished experiences)

Use list view

The following actions are available in list view:

• To launch a published experience, select its name.

• To sort by a sortable column, select that column header. Select the column header again to reverse the sort order.

• To open the details pane for an experience, select its row or checkbox.

• In the details pane, select the menu button to access the following options. The options available depend on your permissions:

  • Edit experience

  • Pin to home page

  • Unpublish

  • Delete (only available for unpublished experiences)

• To delete multiple items, select the checkbox for the items, then select Delete.

  The Delete button is only available if you have permission to delete all selected experiences, and they are all unpublished.
